  • • Explanation of how Landis works with Microsoft Teams
  • • Understanding of licensing

Overview of Landis Attendant Console

  • • How to access the application and pin to task bar
  • • Logging in
  • • Understanding the Landis window and how to navigate the application
  • • How to search and filter within app
  • • Accessing voicemail and notifications
  • • Understanding presence

Call Handling

  • • Using call handling features such as hold, mute, touch tone/dial pad
  • • Transferring calls via voice and chat
  • • Transferring directly to Voicemail
  • • Initiating call back features
  • • Adding participants to a call

Call Settings

  • • Creating Contact & Search Groups
  • • Editing Transfer options; enabling / disabling
  • • Editing pre-configured Call Back messages
  • • Managing audio devices
  • • Editing the Landis view/panel layout
