Our services include a pre-training discovery session, to understand your training requirements, allowing us to tailor our training to meet your business needs. We can also provide customised training materials, such as quick start guides, videos and online tutorials, as well as go live support and virtual floor walking, during those crucial go live days. If you’re completely new to Microsoft Teams we can provide a full consultancy service, where we take you through our User Adoption Programme. We will review where you are on your MS 365 and Teams journey and identify where efficiencies can be made. Our team will then make recommendations on a suitable user adoption plan. This service will cover all Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and other key applications.
